RXF (Rebel Fitness) is non-traditional personal training. As a martial artist and certified personal trainer, Ali customizes a program that motivates you and gets you results — whether it's general fitness, losing weight, boxing techniques or strength and endurance.

Where can I train?
Various locations, including private gyms, outdoors, or in your home or gym. Contact Ali for locations in the greater Hollywood area.

RXF training style:
Learn proper boxing technique and footwork, using focus pads, punching bags and kicking pads. Perform bodyweight exercises to build functional strength, including stretching and exercises from Pilates and Yoga.
