RXF (Rebel X Fitness) is non-traditional personal training that gets results — whether it's general fitness, losing weight, learning boxing and martial arts techniques, or gaining strength and endurance. Anyone can walk you though a circuit at a gym. RXF is for those who want more from their workouts.

Ali Hafiz is the owner and lead trainer at RXF. As a Certified Personal Trainer and black belt in Tae Kwon Do, he blends traditional methods with his martial arts background. The result is a workout that not only gets you in shape, but teaches skill and technique.
He currently teaches a Cardio Kickboxing class in Hollywood, as well as private training sessions around Los Angeles.
In this 2-hour session we will go over your history, make goals, perform a fitness assessment (strength, cardio, flexibility), and complete a full workout.
